Welcome to our blog, Break an Egg! This blog was created as a way to share recipes from our cooking club by the same name. It’s also a way to find new recipes from readers, share family favorites and just find something to do with a random ingredient. If you have a question about a kitchen technique, what to do with an ingredient or just need a stellar date night dish, feel free to ask in the comments! We’re not professional chefs by any means, but we do like to cook. Most of these recipes came from somewhere else (magazines, the internet, other blogs, etc.). If we remember where they came from, we’ll let you know! If not, just assume the recipe came from somewhere else, unless of course we specifically take credit for creation. If we have a wine recommendation (we like cheap bottles) for a dish or a cocktail recipe, you’ll find those here as well. Welcome and I hope you have fun!
