Ingredients
2 3/4 C. Fresh Ricotta
3/4 C. Confectioner’s Sugar
3 T. Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 t. Vanilla
1/4 t. Fresh Lemon Juice

Notes: I buy premade cannoli shells at a gourmet market and just fill them with this–easy, impressive and delicious!
